Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Tarneeb Tally ("the App"), developed by Sagacan. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sagacan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store or at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and code) are owned by Sagacan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The name "Tarneeb" refers to a traditional card game and is not a trademark of Sagacan. All game data you create (scores, player names) remains your property.

6. Age Requirement

The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. There is no minimum age requirement to use the App. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SAGACAN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAGACAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may terminate by uninstalling the App from your device.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use information.

13. Apple's Standard EULA

These Terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications. In case of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted. You can view Apple's Standard EULA at apple.com/legal.
